SCSI’s Hangzhou team has relocated to a new warehouse, nearly doubling the size of the previous site and adding VMI to its services.

The site is currently operational for receipt, storage, and shipping of material. It is equipped with basic gaging, including a portable CMM. Other services include inspection, containment, quality representation, supplier management / development, and training.

“Quality starts with the right environment and housekeeping.” –  Hubert Finneran, SCSI Asia General Manager

The new warehouse is located close to the Ford Hangzhou assembly plants, allowing SCSI teams to respond to customer issues within minutes. It has been established in a new automotive industry park developed by the Hangzhou government, making SCSI a convenient partner to many surrounding international Tier 1 production facilities.

The Hangzhou location is also within hours of the ports in Hangzhou, Shanghai, and Ningbo, ideal for freight consolidations shipping to the USA or Europe. SCSI conducts pre-delivery inspections prior to shipping, addressing quality issues before they leave China’s shore.
