SCSI is a third-party logistics provider, specialized for overseas and/or
low-cost country (LCC) suppliers offering a variety of cost-competitive services associated with supply chain management.
Our goal is to add
value within the supplier-customer relationship by optimizing logistics
flows and environment, providing local support for product quality issues and
offering technical know-how and support if local representation is needed.

- Logistics

- SCSI offers domestic, overseas and LCC suppliers door to door
logistical support by putting in place focused facilities close to the end
customer and providing support for vendor-managed inventory programs ,
consignment inventory, and JIT services. With our WITS (Web Inventory
Tracking System) we allow the supplier and end customer to view inventory in
transit and on hand and shipments from warehouse live. This effectively
provides the visibility and the detailed data essential to managing
inventory and product flow.

- Quality
- SCSI has in place the qualified personnel, equipment, and tools to
immediately react and address supplier-product non-conformances.
SCSI will manage containment activities on- or off-site and communicate
detailed information back to supplier to help communication and accelerate
corrective action activities. Our ultimate goal: to minimize and
avoid end customer occurrences and "pain" from defective material and
therefore minimize supplier exposure.

- SCSI offers skilled, experienced, technical resources that can assist
suppliers' production and engineering departments by interfacing with end
customers' engineers for all technical and quality issues such as PPAPs,
process FMEAs, engineering changes, new product introduction...
